Experimental Ambisonic Sound Bath
Marika Koguchi and MAYSUN present an immersive, multi-dimensional meditative sound experience. Together, they combine acoustic intruments and digital processing within Reforestors’ unique ambisonic space. Gong, quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, chimes, and rattles are merged with spatial audio.
This experimental sound bath creates a breathing system that continually shifts through its own internal cycles. The audience also becomes part of the system, their presence absorbed into the sound.
